Almost 2 years ago I was in and out of Urgent Care with multiple ailments and my doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. 

He prescribed a new presciption and suggested that I was getting older. And that didn't sit well real with me so I changed doctor's. 

Today I have a doctor that not only listens to me, but she also mails me a copy of our previous visits' notes, and test results immediately after our session together. 

In all the years I've been a patient I've never been treated in such a professional and humane way by any of my previous doctors. 

Believe me, I want the same for you! We don't have to accept the verbal insensitivity I experienced above. 

We can change the way we want to be treated by our outdated healthcare system approach to treating their patients, one patient at a time and it starts with us.
